I’d done some work for someone and had a bit of cash so I decided to spend it on things I’ll appreciate for a long time, rather than frittering it away. (I never have that amount of disposable money any more so it was a pleasant surprise!)

On Wednesday I went into town with a friend from work and bought a new squash racquet. It’ll be game on once I’m back from my holidays! 

Today I went to Fast and Fresh to try on and buy a new pair of Vibram FiveFingers. I went for a pair of black Treks in the end. The sole is a bit thicker and more rugged for running over tougher ground. No excuse now! They are SO comfy! It’ll also solve the ‘washing the smelly shoes and waiting for them to air-dry’ problem. 

Tonight it’s horrible out so I’m ‘internetting!’
